We live in a society in which we are always connected, literally ... telecommuting, Instagram, whatsApp, linkdIn, facebook, calls ... we invest a lot of hours in being connected, we get used to it and take it as routine, and even the abusive use of devices we get to normalize it. Now that we are on vacation we can take this opportunity to disconnect from our routine, let our minds rest to return with more strength.
It is a great opportunity to connect with yourself, with the world, with nature, with others. It begins by finishing all the important and pending things of the work to be able to breathe easy. Set yourself a challenge, volunteer, an activity that has more to do with your self-care, such as collaborating in collecting trash from the beaches, practicing your favorite hobby, spending time with friends, practicing mindfulness, reducing the number of hours you spend. you use your mobile… it is simply about taking care of ourselves, of our mental health. Eliminate notifications from your phone, forget about the "posture" of social networks, have fun ... the most important thing is yourself, your rest and the connection, but this time with yourself.
