Routine fills us with obligations that make us stress many times without realizing it. If you follow these guidelines, it can be reduced to improve our emotional health and well-being.
- Make 5 meals a day and respect the schedules. Follow a diet with natural ingredients, little processed, fresh and seasonal.
- Stay hydrated during the day with water, herbal teas or natural fruit juices.
- Get enough sleep on a regular basis. Avoid using bright screens before going to sleep (tablet, mobile, laptops, etc.).
- Practice sports regularly, you will feel better outside and inside.
- Give up toxic habits like tobacco and alcohol.
- Practice exercises that keep you in the present (not depression for what was or anxiety for what is to come), such as mindfulness, yoga or meditation.
- Plan and get organized: don't forget to get close to yours. Spend time on leisure and have a good time.
- Delegate responsibilities and learn to say no. We tire less if we distribute the weight.
- Laugh and take things with humor. It helps to dramatize and take life not so seriously.
- Be flexible and accept those things that you cannot change. Happiness does not depend so much on "good things" happening in your life, as on the disposition or attitude with which you face the things that happen, whatever they may be.
