Imagine being able to share your ideas, opinions, thoughts without fear of repercussions. Can you do it in your workplace? Can you do it with your partner, children and friends? Open communication builds trust and this trust increases productivity. Two plus two equals five when we express ourselves freely without fear of being thought foolish or laughed at. By communicating without fear, we increase confidence, reduce stress, take responsibility for our ideas and help respect cultural, group (from different departments, for example) and individual differences. As much as we talk about "engagement" we must be aware that it does not exist without trust in the company and the people who do it with their daily work. Think about whether you feel free to speak in all the meetings you have or if you remain silent, agreeing with the majority. We suggest that you work to create a climate where there is no fear but confidence to express yourself. Take action and ask yourself why you don't share or your colleagues don't share. What can I do myself so that communication is bidirectional, listening to the group is active, sincere and transparent? Healthy Work recommends that you think and act. Worth.
