- Physical health. If we are able to sleep well, eat healthy, not smoke, manage our stress and exercise (at least 20 minutes three times a week) we have done everything in this field.
- The thoughts. Reality is far from what we think. We create dozens of scenarios in our heads to act against dozens of things that we still don't know if they will happen. We crush ourselves turning things around, worrying, we create negative prophecies that can end up being fulfilled. Work on your thoughts, let them go and focus on the positive or even your body and how you breathe. Anything that helps you stop ruminating.
- Social relations. Do not isolate yourself or get overwhelmed with social relationships. Find in your friends and / or family a place to get support and affection, where to feel good.
